Considering the increasing requirement and importance of the Internet in the field of education and research, the Institute provides a fully Wifi enabled campus. This provides students and faculty with access to high-speed Internet connectivity within the campus, thus making classes, events, and webinars more effective and advanced. The faculty, students, and staff can access the IT resources and content from anywhere and at any time in the campus. Users are provided secure access with a login ID and password for using Wifi facility through laptops.

The College has an air conditioned seminar hall equipped with an Interactive Smart Board connecting a computer, a projector and a sound system with mic. The design occupancy of the hall is ample for conferences and seminars. Various programs are conducted in the seminar hall along with staff training and staff information delivery.

Sanjo College provides transport facility to our students from different places to College covering all routes and points. In order to place the rural students on a par with others, it is imperative to educate them. This becomes the strong goal of our Institution which has already taken initiatives by providing transportation to the students from rural areas. The college has got an explicit transport department for scheduling and managing the buses for providing a safe and hassle-free transportation facility to the students. The students and staff can avail this facility to reach the campus on all working days. The buses are fitted with speed governors GPS and CCTV to ensure safety and security of the students and staff.

Sanjo College has a well furnished computer lab with modern equipped terminals and loaded with high-end softwares pertaining to the curriculum. It provides computer and internet facilities to students and college staff in our college. The lab is fully equipped with power backup facility and professionally set. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. A High-end server from Dell PowerEdge supports these workstations and provides domain logon for Windows and Linux platforms.

We have the latest configured 40 workstations with - 4GB Memory; networked with high speed broadband internet access of 8 Mbps provided. All of the systems in Computer Lab have been loaded with Microsoft Windows7 and Ubuntu Operating System. The network connectivity has been extended to the computer lab, the college library, classrooms, respective faculty rooms and office.

The Sanjo College Library is the soul of the institution and it acquires, processes, preserves and disseminates information to the user community. It has an extensive collection of books, reference materials for satisfying the academic and research needs of the students and faculty. The Library and Information Centre consists of a Reference Section, Circulation Section, Periodical Section. The library has automated all its library activities to provide an effective and wide range of academic resources such as books, journals, etc.

The vision of a plastic free campus at Sanjo College aims to measurably reduce plastic waste and pollution in college campuses and the world around them. It also aims at eliminating plastic pollution and its toxic impacts on people and the environment.

The usage of plastic articles cannot be stopped altogether, but there certainly are good ways of managing their disposal. To combat the increasing problem of plastic pollution inside the campus and to tackle this problem, we have put forward several steps:

• Plastic covers are banned inside the campus.
• Put up signboards declaring a plastic free zone.
• Bring about awareness to the students by giving talks.
• Avoid reused plastic bottles and plastic cups in the canteen.

Thus, Sanjo College tries to make a difference for the environment, social justice and our own health.

The hostel provides accommodation to boys. The Bursar is the warden of the hostel. A hygienic atmosphere is available in the hostel. The Resident tutors (RTs) look after the hostels and maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the hostels. Hostel day festivities are conducted in the hostel with the active participation of inmates and faculty of the college. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian mess is provided in the hostel. Inn mates are directed to follow the hostel rules strictly. Any violation of the hostel rules and misconduct in the hostel will be seriously dealt with. A student expelled from the hostel is liable to be expelled from the college also.

Carbon dioxide neutrality is maintained on the campus by planting different varieties of trees and plants. The green campus concept offers Sanjo to take the lead in redefining its environmental culture and developing new paradigms by creating sustainable solutions to environmental, social and economic needs of mankind. As per the green practices followed in the campus Sanjo is consistently contributing towards planting more trees within and outside the campus. Herbal plants, fruit bearing trees, flowering plants and ornamental plants have been planted to clean the atmosphere. The campus is beautifully landscaped with trees and plants in all the available spaces.

The college has installed Complaint Boxes outside the limit of CCTV cameras so that students can put their complaints confidentially, without any fear of being victimized. Intermittently the complaints will be collected & analyzed. When the box is opened, all complaints will be recorded in a log book. The name of the complainant, wherever given, will be kept confidential.

• The college has toilets and washrooms exclusively for our disabled students.
• Signposts and signboards are kept everywhere to ensure our campus is student-friendly.

To fulfill the motto and Vision/Mission of the college, the Holistic enrichment should also be augmented with Academic, Physical, Social and Spiritual enrichment. The college chapel is open for all students irrespective of their religion on all college working days. This service can be utilized by those who desire meditation. Holy Mass and Adoration is conducted on every First Fridays and special occasions. In addition, Prayer Meetings by various associations like Jesus Youth and CSM are also conducted which aims to provide holistic life guidance for the students.

Sanjo College provides a canteen facility (FSSAI Registered) to the students as well as teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. This canteen is capable of catering the demands of the students and can accommodate 15 persons at a time. During special occasions, the canteen will arrange a special menu as per request. The guests coming to the college are treated with special food prepared at our canteen. The Sanjo college canteen caters to the needs of the students and staff by providing them with tasty and nutritious food at very reasonable prices.

Sanjo College has a huge indoor auditorium with a professionally-deployed acoustic system and a seating capacity of about 500 people. The auditorium is spacious, well ventilated and has well-furnished halls. The Auditorium hosts various academic, annual and cultural events of the college. A regular venue for conferences, workshops and seminars, this auditorium has all the facilities to enhance the learning process and is a vast space that serves the varied requirements of quality education. The objective behind the auditorium is to enhance the quality of education. To make this possible, the auditorium offers facilities such as LCD projectors, screens for delivering lectures. It also provides ample opportunity for our staff and students to exhibit their talents in cultural activities.
